Memorial Tree and Bench Program

Bench Program – $3,800

The cost of a bench is $600 for a pad and installation plus $3,200 for a bench.

This price does not include a plaque. If you are interested in a plaque, you will be responsible for all associated costs. We cannot guarantee that the plaque will not be damaged or stolen, and we will not replace or repair the plaque. If you would like a plaque, you can coordinate installation by contacting us at 812-375-2759.

Tree Program – $300

Choose what type of tree you are interested in and the area where you would like it to be planted.

Trees are planted twice each year—in the spring (April/May) and fall (October/November). If you purchase a memorial tree after one of the scheduled plantings, it will be planted during the next available planting period.

After you have submitted your form, you will be redirected to a page where you can make an online payment or will receive instructions on how to send in payment.
