Tour de Trails – Turkey Trot (2023)

- WHAT: 5k Walk/Run
- WHEN: Thursday, November 23, 2023, 9:00 a.m. start time
- WHERE: Hamilton Community Center and Ice Arena at Lincoln Park
- FEE: FREE but donations will be accepted to benefit the Chuck Wilt Youth Scholarship Fund for Parks and Recreation Programs
This 5K will start on the Hawcreek People Trail in front of Hamilton and continue south to Central and 7th Streets, turn around and return.
Tour de Trails – Run/Walk (2024)
Registration and Event Information
- WHAT: 8K Run, 5K Run and 5K Walk
- WHEN: Saturday, April 13, 2024
- WHERE: Donner Park Shelter Start
- FEE: $25 (SPECIAL MRM EXPO PRICE) + additional $15 for an event t-shirt!
Both the 8K and 5K routes will begin at the Donner Park Shelter, circle Donner Park, travel to Noblitt Park (turn around for 5K), continue on the People Trails to Mill Race Park, turn around and return.
Tour de Trails – Bicycle Challenge (2024)

- WHAT: 80K, 50K and 20K Bicycle Challenge
- WHEN: Saturday, May 18, 2024
- WHERE: Donner Park Shelter Start
- FEE: $25 (SPECIAL MRM EXPO PRICE) + additional $15 for an event t-shirt!
Starting at the Donner Shelter House, 20K bicyclists will get to explore our People Trail Network throughout town with police assistance at large intersections. The 50K and 80K routes will take riders west of Columbus with the 50K going out to Grandview Lake and the 80K to Story Inn. All three routes will have 1-2 SAG stops run by volunteers and providing snacks and refreshments.
